How to Order
Call or email me with any orders, questions, or requests.
The average turn around time for an order 1-3 weeks. Depending on my traveling schedule and the availability of beads/ materials, turn around time may be up to 8 weeks or more.
PAYMENT METHODS: Check, MasterCard, Visa, and PayPal. Payment due prior to shipping.
SHIPPING: USPS insured $5.00 and up. USPS Priority mail insured and Fed Ex overnight are also available. Call for quotes.
CUSTOM ORDERS: Please contact me and we can discuss my current inventory, bead availability, and any design options if needed. Photographs of beads, designs, options, etc. can be emailed for selection. Before the completion of any custom order, I can send a digital photo of the piece for your approval. Once approval is received, the piece is completed and shipped out.
Prices may vary upon materials.
RETURNS: Customers have a 10-day approval period to make returns for a merchandise credit.
REPAIRS: All repairs needed due to faulty materials or design will be fixed immediately free of charge. I will happily fix all other repairs and make earring replacements, etc. for a small fee and shipping cost.
TRUNK SALES: Trunk Sales are generally hosted by a client, who opens their home to invited friends and family. It is an informal, intimate, small-scale event; lasting for a couple of hours. There one can peruse my complete inventory with the added benefit of being able to touch, try on, and consult directly with me.
WHOLESALE ORDERS: Wholesale available to the trade only. Wholesale prices are 75% of retail with a minimum order of $600 or 12 pieces. Contact me for availability and inventory.
