How to Order Pottery
Ordering Process
- I accept orders by phone and mail.
- Please feel free to contact me by phone at (828) 255-7648 to order. You may also email me at kpottery@msn.com to initiate an order, and I will get in touch with you to complete the transaction.
- To order by mail, please download our printable order form, print out a copy, and fill it out. Mail it to: Kathleen Cook Pottery, 36 Belmont Avenue Asheville, NC 28806. Our order form prints in Portable Document Format (PDF). Printing PDF files requires Adobe Acrobat Reader software. To download this software free of charge from the Adobe Systems Inc. website, click here.
- Orders take 4-6 weeks or less, depending on my schedule and stock.
- I will send you a confirmation of your order and ship date when your order is received.
- If you have any questions, please call me at (828) 255-7648, and we can discuss your order.
Payment
- Payment is required before I ship your order.
- I accept Mastercard and Visa, along with checks and money orders. I do not accept Discovery or American Express.
- When paying by check, please provide the following information: (1) driver's license number and expiration date (2) home phone number.
Shipping Policy and Tax
- Shipping and Handling fees are as follows:
Purchases of $0-50: $10.00
Purchases of $51-100: $15.00
Purchases of $101-200: $20.00
Purchases of $201-300: $25.00
Purchases of $301+: 9% of Total Order
- Tax is charged in NC only at a rate of 7%.
Return Policy
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of shipment for merchandise credit only, unless damaged in shipping. Credit does not include shipping fees unless otherwise discussed. Pottery should be re-packed in original packing tightly and shipped back UPS. Please call me with questions or write me with regard to the return and exchange of your pottery.
Wholesale Policy
- At this time, Kathleen is no longer wholesaling her pottery.
