How to Order Jewelry
Catalog
- Please note: the website features a limited selection of my jewelry designs. I am offering a full catalog representing all of my current designs and bead availability on CD. To receive a current catalog disc, please contact me with your request.
Ordering Process
- Please call or email me with any orders, questions, or requests at (828) 255-7648 or kpottery@msn.com.
- The average turnaround time for an order is one week. Depending on my traveling schedule and the availability of beads and materials, turn around time may be 8 weeks or more.
Custom Orders
- Please contact me, and we can discuss my current inventory, bead availability, and design options. Before the completion of any custom order, I send a digital photo of the piece for your approval. Once approval is received, the piece is completed and shipped out.
- Please note: prices may vary depending on materials.
Payment
- Payment is required before I ship your order.
- I accept Mastercard and Visa, along with checks and money orders. I do not accept Discovery or American Express.
- When paying by check, please provide the following information: (1) driver's license number and expiration date (2) home phone number.
Shipping
- Fed Ex ground is $7.00 + insurance. Fed Ex overnight, 2 day, and 3 day are also available. Call for overnight shipping quotes.
Return Policy
- Customers have 10 day approval period to make returns for a merchandise credit.
Repairs
- All repairs needed due to faulty materials or design will be fixed immediately free of charge.
- I will happily fix all other repairs and make earring replacements, etc. for a small fee and shipping.
Discounts
- Discounts are available for quantity retail orders only.
Wholesale Orders
- Wholesale available to the trade only. Wholesale prices are 75% of retail with a minimum order of 6 pieces. Please contact me for availability and inventory options.
